Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance lead to manage daily operations, inspect spaces for safety, and oversee maintenance teams and contractors. The role requires strong reporting, proactive problem solving, and coordination with clients across sites.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in facilities maintenance, knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to travel up to 90% to OCONUS locations. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience with service requests and progress tracking.
• 2+ years inspecting living quarters and reporting repairs promptly.
• Experience responding to facility emergencies with recommended resolutions.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, safety and security basics.
• Ability to forecast maintenance needs including HVAC and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and insure timely, quality work.
• Inspect safety equipment (water purification, fire extinguishers, AEDs).
• Oversee local/national grounds maintenance and contractors; report progress.
• Maintain admin tasks, prepare reports, and support client meetings.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex maintenance challenges.
