Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing facilities maintenance and documenting progress
• 2+ years of experience conducting routine inspections of living quarters and tracking maintenance needs
• Experience responding to facility emergencies and providing resolution recommendations
• Knowledge of general facilities maintenance, safety precautions including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and inspect living and work spaces for safety.
• Provide regular inspections of safety equipment and maintain documentation.
• Oversee local grounds maintenance and maintenance technicians to ensure timely, quality work.
• Support client meetings and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
