Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance management experience.
• 2+ years inspecting living quarters and reporting repairs.
• Experience responding to facility emergencies.
• Knowledge of general facilities maintenance, minor repairs, and safety precautions.
• Ability to forecast maintenance needs (HVAC, plumbing).
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to move items up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to travel to OCONUS locations up to 90%.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities maintenance operations.
