Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a facilities maintenance supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, inspect living and work spaces for safety, verify service requests, and coordinate maintenance technicians across the program space.

The role requires travel to OCONUS locations up to 90%, a secret clearance, HS diploma or GED, and the ability to forecast HVAC and plumbing needs, respond to emergencies, and develop innovative solutions for complex problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance and service-request verification.
• 2+ years inspecting living quarters and reporting repairs.
• Experience handling facility emergencies with proactive recommendations.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, safety, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Forecast maintenance needs including HVAC and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations for the program.
• Inspect living/work spaces to ensure safety and health standards.
• Oversee maintenance technicians and grounds staff for timely work.
• Prepare reports, track progress, and prioritize daily tasks.
