Qualifications

• 8+ years of organizational change management, business transformation, or related consulting experience.
• Experience leading OCM for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Ability to translate complex change into actionable strategies and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the organizational change management strategy across the transformation program.
• Identify stakeholder groups and create targeted engagement plans.
• Coach leaders and develop change networks to extend adoption across sites.
