Job summary

MonoSol seeks an experienced OCM Lead to drive organizational change for a multi-year transformation program across manufacturing and corporate functions. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and hands-on execution with senior leaders.

The position involves regional travel in Indiana, with potential for expansion to international sites; hybrid work model and up to 32 hours per week. Initial contract through 12/31/2026, with strong extension potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of organizational change management, business transformation, or related consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading OCM for complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Strong experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness/adoption plans.
• Experience working with executive and senior operational leaders; ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the organizational change management strategy across the broader transformation program.
• Conduct change impact assessments across operational, technology, workforce, and manufacturing workstreams.
• Identify stakeholder groups and create targeted engagement, training, and leadership support plans.
• Develop an integrated change roadmap aligned to program milestones and transformation workstreams.
• Coach leaders and change networks; support communications, training, and readiness activities.
