This role will work directly with client leaders, functional stakeholders, and technology teams to translate new AI-enabled capabilities and supply chain solutions into sustained changes in how people work. The ideal candidate combines deep OCM consulting experience with demonstrated success driving adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation, or other emerging technologies, along with practical knowledge of supply chain processes and operating environments.

The Senior Consultant will independently lead OCM workstreams, advise client stakeholders, develop change strategies and deliverables, and help organizations navigate the workforce, process, and behavioral impacts associated with technology-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead OCM workstreams for complex business and technology transformation programs, from change strategy and planning through implementation, adoption, and sustainment.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
  • Lead change and adoption activities for AI and Generative AI initiatives, helping organizations address changes to roles, workflows, skills, decision-making, and ways of working.
  • Translate AI capabilities and technical concepts into practical implications for business users, leaders, and impacted employee populations.
  • Assess organizational readiness for AI adoption, including stakeholder sentiment, workforce impacts, capability gaps, adoption barriers, and change risks.
  • Develop AI adoption and enablement approaches that promote responsible use, employee engagement, effective human-AI collaboration, and sustainable behavioral change.
  • Define and track adoption metrics and KPIs to assess utilization, proficiency, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Apply OCM approaches within supply chain transformation programs, including initiatives involving planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, or related functions.
  • Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments across supply chain processes, roles, technologies, and organizational structures.
  • Partner with business, technology, data/AI, and program leadership teams to integrate OCM activities into broader transformation roadmaps.
  • Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops, leadership alignment sessions, change champion networks, readiness assessments, and working sessions.
  • Develop executive-ready communications and presentations that clearly articulate change implications, risks, recommendations, and adoption progress.
  • Identify resistance and adoption risks and develop targeted mitigation strategies.
  • Coach client leaders and managers on their role in sponsoring and reinforcing organizational change.
  • Contribute to consulting deliverables, methodologies, proposals, and practice development related to OCM, AI-enabled transformation, and supply chain.
  • Provide guidance and quality oversight to junior consultants supporting OCM activities.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, workforce enablement, or related consulting, with a demonstrated track record of independently leading change workstreams for complex transformation programs.
  • Previous consulting experience is required, including direct experience working with clients and senior stakeholders in complex transformation environments.
  • Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience driving organizational adoption of AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or other emerging technologies within an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to address the people and organizational implications of AI, including changes to business processes, employee roles, skills, behaviors, decision-making, and ways of working.
  • Strong experience developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, change impact assessments, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities.
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, with experience supporting transformation in one or more areas such as planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation programs; exposure to ERP, supply chain platforms, cloud, data, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong client-facing consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, executive communication, structured problem solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, develop recommendations, and produce high-quality client deliverables.
