Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst IV in Washington, DC to guide change initiatives with senior leadership.

You will align people, processes, and technology to achieve strategic goals and support a federal client at HQ level. You will collaborate with the OCM Lead and stakeholders across GS-15, SES, and flag officer levels to translate changes into engagement plans, governance docs, and executive-ready messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting governance documentation, process mapping, or maturity-model frameworks.
• Familiarity with federal or DoD organizations.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) preferred.
• Exposure to project management methodologies such as CAPM or PMP coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of change management strategies for complex projects.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Conducts impact and readiness assessments across multiple business units.
• Designs and implements training programs tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Develops and manages stakeholder engagement plans to ensure alignment and support.
• Measures change adoption, identifies gaps, and recommends corrective actions.
• Coordinates stakeholder identification, audience-awareness research, and sentiment analysis for messaging.
• Prepares materials and briefings that build stakeholder buy-in for leadership discussions.
• Monitors stakeholder feedback and adjusts messaging as needed.
• Applies maturity model frameworks to standardize change processes.
• Maintains charters, execution plans, and governance documents for leadership reviews.
• Manages program information on SharePoint with accurate version control.
