Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst III to drive change through people, processes, and technology for a federal client at senior HQ level.

You will collaborate with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead and cross‑functional stakeholders — including GS‑15, SES, and General/Flag Officer leadership — to translate change initiatives into engagement plans and executive‑ready communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint for daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting governance documentation or federal DoD organizations.

Responsibilities

• Leads change management strategies for complex projects.
• Partners with cross‑functional teams to integrate change activities.
• Performs impact and readiness assessments across business units.
• Designs training programs tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Develops stakeholder engagement plans and measurement of adoption.
• Coordinate across enterprise for messaging and governance forums.
• Prepare executive materials and briefings for leadership.
• Monitor feedback and adjust messaging as needed.
