A-TEK, Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer to support a federal client in Silver Spring, MD. You will implement and operate OCI services, expand delivery capacity, automate infrastructure, and coordinate changes with teams such as DBAs, app teams, and security staff.

Onsite work with government-approved telework. Salary range $140,000–$150,000 with comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience, including at least 2 years of cloud deployment/operations.
• Hands-on OCI provisioning and support of production infrastructure (compute, networking, load balancing).
• Terraform experience and working knowledge of Linux, network troubleshooting, and Bash or Python scripting.

Responsabilités

• Provision, configure, and maintain OCI compute, storage, and related infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Terraform configurations and automation with controlled changes.
• Configure and troubleshoot VCNs, subnets, routing, security rules, and load balancers.
• Monitor availability, performance, and capacity; resolve incidents and support backups, patching, and resilience.
• Apply access controls and document infrastructure, dependencies, and runbooks.
