Qualifications

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain authorized access to Camp Pendleton.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation with mileage reimbursement at IRS rate.
• Vaccinations up to date per guidelines where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing household organization systems and support daily resets.
• Light tidying throughout the day: dishes, surfaces, vacuuming high-traffic areas.
• Prepare home ahead of scheduled cleaning visits.
• Submit maintenance requests to leasing office and coordinate with vendors (pest control, lawn care, etc.).
• Refresh high-traffic areas including mudroom, entryway, and toy room.
• Manage outdoor spaces: hose down patio furniture, address cobwebs ahead of gatherings.
• Support event, holiday, and guest preparation.
