Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Night Steward who will help maintain exceptionally clean and safe kitchen and dining areas while upholding state and local health regulations. You will support back‑of‑house operations, assist with inventory, and help with events and banquets.

Legal US work authorization is required. Weekend availability is expected, and prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States is required to work in Hawaii.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to operate, maintain and clean dishwashing and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with state and local health regulations.
• Maintain neatness and order of kitchens, back-of-house areas, storage, and dining areas.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and silverware.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment and facilities including drains, floors, and walls.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and PPE; follow safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory of china, glass, and silver.
• Support Kitchen, Events, and Buffet setups for functions.
• All duties as assigned.
