Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, group sales, and maintenance.
• Lead and develop hospitality teams to foster teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, revenue strategies, and financial performance.
• Uphold guest service standards and ensure safety/compliance.
• Utilize PMS and reservation systems to optimize bookings.
