Harrison Group is seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead the Virginia Beach North Beach property. You will drive guest services, manage financial performance, and oversee daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B outlets, and maintenance to deliver outstanding experiences.

The role requires proven hospitality leadership, budget mastery, and strong communication with diverse teams to ensure top-tier service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hotel industry supervisory/management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with revenue management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of PMS, RMS, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and guest services.
• Lead and develop hospitality teams across departments.
• Manage budgets, revenue management, and cost control.
• Implement guest service standards to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and staffing.
