Job summary

Shaner Hotels in Jacksonville Beach, Florida is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to balance daily revenue and expenses and to cover front desk functions during the audit shift.

You will attend to guest needs, process check-ins and check-outs, generate daily reports, and uphold cash handling and payment policies for a busy, oceanfront property.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with previous hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
