Job summary

Amrit Ocean Resort is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our luxury culinary team. You will work at Taaza, collaborating with the Executive Chef to create innovative, health-focused dishes in a Forbes Five-Star aspirant environment.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in upscale settings, a Florida Food Handler Certification, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Join us for an oceanfront work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen.
• Valid Florida Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen station set-up and execution for service
• Ensure station is properly set up, prepped, and ready before service begins
• Manage ticket flow, expedite dishes, and maintain the pace and quality of service throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully compliant station at all times during the shift
• Report any equipment issues, supply shortages, or food safety concerns to the Chef de Cuisine immediately
