Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on a continuous schedule.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start ahead items while avoiding over-preparation.
• Rotate perishables and keep temps proper.
• Check pars, plan prep, and keep buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to storage with cover/date.
• Assist in cost control and waste reduction.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Be regular in attendance and perform other duties.
