Job summary

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist with preventative programs, while collaborating with front office and housekeeping teams to sustain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of practical experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related engineering field preferred.
• Experience with hotel or hospitality maintenance operations strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and building systems operations.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, staff, and management.
• Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Perform daily inspections of public areas and facilities to identify and address maintenance concerns.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and administrative offices.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs for hotel equipment and facilities.
