Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in building maintenance or facilities management, hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and building systems.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, staff, and management.
• Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Perform daily inspections of public areas and facilities.
• Repair and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and offices.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with front office and housekeeping to address guest-impacting issues.
• Prepare reports and work orders in accordance with procedures.
