Remington-Hospitality- seeks a General Manager to run the Seahorse Oceanfront Inn and all outlets. You will oversee hotel operations, F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting, ensuring standards and a guest-centric culture.

You will lead the Executive Committee, drive revenue growth, forecast performance, and ensure multi-department compliance while maintaining top-tier service and delivering strong profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead teams at all levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• High work ethic, self-initiative and professional image.

Responsabilités

• Lead hotel operations and outlets to meet company standards.
• Promote guest service culture and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Oversee revenue growth using forecasting and P&L management.
• Coordinate programs to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coach and develop leaders; manage Executive Committee goals.
• Ensure compliance across departments and maintain brand standards.
