Qualifications

• Minimum two years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance or handy-work.
• Ability to react to emergencies within 30 minutes; afterhours callouts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Schedule and coordinate vendor/contractor work for non-routine repairs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and inspection records.
• Operate and monitor building systems (AC, boilers) and respond to alarms.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and completing work orders.
