Job summary

Grande Shores Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the front desk team. You will warmly welcome guests, check-in/out, issue keys, and assist with reservations while maintaining records and processing payments.

The role reports to the front desk team and requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and ability to work weekends/holidays. The shift is 3pm-11pm and is full-time; hourly pay ranges with experience.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the resort
• Issue guest keys appropriately
• Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
• Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs
• Resolve guest concern; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
