Qualifications

• Hotel or bar experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and POS operations.
• Dexterity to handle knives, glassware, and stock.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to operate POS and close checks.
• Ability to stand in confined spaces for long periods.
• Ability to work with associates and customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup daily, stock beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
• Prepare and present drinks using standard recipes with portion control.
• Greet guests and document orders; enter into POS and balance cash.
• Handle cash transactions, balance currency and vouchers.
• Lock and secure all beverage, food, and equipment after shifts.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies for serving alcohol.
• Attend work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
