Responsibilities

• Project and Funding: Coordinating the planning and execution of ocean projects with NOAA laboratories, universities, and cooperative institutes. Includes coordinating BAAs and NOFOs with a focus on ocean tech and marine geology grants.
• Operational and Mission Services: Providing technical services on ship and ocean platform ops, including requirement definitions, mission planning, scheduling, and resourcing to meet science requirements.
• Administrative and Financial Coordination: Preparing IAAs, MOUs, spend plans, and CI task orders; tracking budgets and funds; acting as administrative POC for reporting.
• Program Liaison: Liaising for the OER-PMEL partnership; drafting work plans; monitoring reporting; coordinating partnership agreements.
