• Hazmat certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer shipment execution activities and booking documentation
• Be the primary customer contact for shipment information and issue management
• Route and assign shipments to meet service commitments and profitability
• Execute regulatory compliance procedures for shipments
• Maintain relationships with clients and identify upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with customer service and global centers
• Perform additional duties as required
