Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in ocean import and export is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English required.
• Knowledge of ocean freight logistics and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean import customs clearance and delivery to final destination.
• Manage ocean export including carrier booking and movement through channels.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies.
• Prepare and submit documents for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
• Maintain relationships with customers and address issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
