Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Ocean Export Agent II to coordinate day-to-day export shipments from the USA, ensuring high operational excellence and superior customer service. You will manage routing, quotations, bookings, and documentation across multiple modes, with a focus on accuracy and profitability.

The role requires 2–4 years of freight forwarding experience, Dangerous Goods knowledge, and advanced CargoWise skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years freight forwarding experience preferred.
• Dangerous Goods Certification preferred.
• Certified CargoWise Specialist (CCS/CCO) required or preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of CargoWise and freight forwarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day export shipments based on customer requests.
• Identify best routing and quotation options per SOP.
• Issue quotations and confirm acceptance with customers.
• Track vessel departures and update system milestones.
• Prepare and validate AES data and export documentation.
