Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments using Cargowise.
• Coordinate with clients, international colleagues, and vendors (airlines, warehouses, trucking companies).
• Manage billing processes and audit vendor invoices.
• Organize delivery of air imports and process necessary documentation.
• Approve freight invoices and credits per agreements.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations and understand client agreements.
