Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean imports including customs clearance and delivery to final destination.
• Handle ocean exports including carrier booking and movement tracking.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies for timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit documents for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide customers with status updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
