Addison Group is seeking an Ocean Export Forwarder in Kentucky to oversee ocean export logistics, shipment tracking, documentation, and client communication. You will coordinate end-to-end processes to ensure timely delivery and strict compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in freight forwarding; ocean export logistics experience preferred.
• Open to various educational backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Cargowise is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments using Cargowise software.
• Coordinate with clients, international colleagues, and vendors (airlines, warehouses, trucking).
• Manage billing processes and audit vendor invoices.
• Organize delivery of air imports and process documentation.
• Approve freight invoices and credit notes per agreements.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations and understand client agreements.
