Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to support IMPACT‑OCD, a statewide initiative improving OCD care across NYS OMH settings.

The role emphasizes implementation science, training delivery, and data-informed quality improvement. The position involves developing training curricula, virtual consultations, and collaborative efforts with stakeholders to advance evidence‑based practices for OCD.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York.
• At least 1 year of experience with OCD assessment and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum for E‑Learning courses, webinars and training.
• Present trainings or workshops on evidence‑based care for OCD virtually and in person as needed.
• Assess needs of care recipients, clinicians, clinic leaders and the community.
• Assist OMH clinicians and clinic leadership to identify workflows to support evidence‑based care for OCD.
• Collaborate with program leadership to develop tools, templates, and dashboards for performance monitoring.
