Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene seeks a full-time Implementation Specialist to advance IMPACT-OCD, a statewide program improving OCD care. You will develop and deliver training, support workflows, and collaborate with OMH and CPI leadership to implement evidence-based practices across NYS care settings.

Ideal candidates hold an LCSW or LMHC in NY, with at least one year of OCD assessment experience and exposure/response prevention.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in New York.
• At least 1 year of experience with assessment of OCD and experience providing exposure and response prevention.
• Some experience creating training curricula and leading trainings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver trainings and curricula (E-Learning, webinars, workshops).
• Assess care recipients, clinicians, clinic leadership, and community needs.
• Identify workflows to support evidence-based OCD care.
• Collaborate with program leadership to develop tools, dashboards, and templates for performance monitoring.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure adoption and sustainment of IMPACT-OCD activities.
