Job summary

Compass Health Center in Chicago seeks an experienced clinician to deliver evidence-based therapy to adults with mood, anxiety, OCD, and related conditions. You will conduct individual therapy, lead groups, and coordinate with outpatient teams to implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include crisis management, assessing progress, and updating treatment plans while collaborating with prescribers and family members when indicated.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with 2+ years of individual and family therapy experience.
• Experience with exposure therapy is preferred.
• Ability to discuss difficult topics with patients and families.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to Compass Health Center's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy meetings and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Lead groups and guide patients through their treatment programs.
• Collaborate with outpatient teams and coordinators to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with patients’ providers and chart in EMR system.
• Assess progress, determine need for higher level of care or discharge.
• Engage in crisis management as part of the treatment team.
• Lead group therapy sessions and provide exposure therapy as needed.
