Compass Health Center in Northbrook, IL, seeks an OCD/Eating Disorders Primary Therapist to develop and implement patient treatment plans. You will conduct individual therapy, support meals, and collaborate with outpatient teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Applicants must be independently licensed in Illinois and experienced with eating disorders; preferred experience includes OCD, anxiety, and PHP/IOP settings. The role opens pathways for clinical leadership and program fidelity.

Patients and their families rely on CompassHealth Center whenincrisis – every day, wehelp people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.
As an OCD / Eating Disorders Primary Therapist, you’ll work thoughtfully with our patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans. This role will consist of conducting individual therapy meetings, providing secondary support for meals and snacks, collaborating with patients’ outpatient teams, and leading patients through their overall treatment program. You’ll partner closely with the entirety of our treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
Note that upon hire, the individual in this role will primarily work with patients in our OCD and Complex Anxiety Program and those with secondary eating disorder symptoms. Compass Northbrook's Eating Disorder program will open in 2027.
