Job summary

Napa Post Acute in Napa, CA is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. You will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver OT services to improve daily living skills.

Collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing and other team members; complete timely documentation; educate residents and families on goals. We offer a competitive $65–$75/hour DOE and flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services that improve function and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment goals and care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical standards.
