Job summary

CARIN Alliance in Largo, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide a therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, manage scheduling and clinical operations, and coordinate with the Director of Therapy Operations.

The role requires current OT licensure, CPR within 30 days if needed, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and at least three years of OT experience with two in leadership. It offers professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
