Job summary

Proforma Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide daily operations, schedule staff, train teammates, and liaise with hospital departments.

You will provide direct patient care, build relationships to support recovery, and ensure compassionate, personalized therapy aligned with each patient\'s physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Professional certifications or therapy-specific ladder eligibility preferred.
