Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. in Largo, FL seeks an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide the OT team, ensure effective treatment implementation, and provide direct patient care focused on personalized recovery plans.

You will assist the Director of Therapy Operations with scheduling, training, and hospital staff communication. Ideal candidates bring state licensure, an OT degree, and at least three years in OT or leadership, with CPR certification or the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience with therapy professional certifications or clinical ladder preferred.
