Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader in a clinical rehabilitation setting. The role focuses on leading a therapy team, coordinating scheduling, training, and direct patient care to support recovery goals.

Applicants should have an OT degree, state licensure, and at least three years of OT or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice, with CPR certification. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days).
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications.
