Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in Largo, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to guide a dynamic rehabilitation team. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate scheduling, and deliver direct patient care to support recovery.

The role emphasizes compassionate, collaborative care, leadership of clinical staff, and ongoing professional development. Candidates should hold current licensure, a bachelor's or master's in therapy, and at least three years of OT experience with leadership

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Preferably active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications
