PACS Group is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the Staff Occupational Therapist and provide high-quality resident care. The role focuses on accurate documentation, coordination with the interdisciplinary team, and education for residents and families.

You will participate in care conferences, assist with training, and help ensure safe, effective rehabilitation programs aligned with facility and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in COTA from an accredited program.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care documentation systems.
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards.

Aufgaben

• Treat residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment with infection control practices.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and rehab meetings as needed.
• Assist Restorative Aides with training and support.
• Communicate progress to physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Educate residents and families on goals, exercises, and safety.
• Assist with durable medical equipment ordering to support independence.
