Responsibilities

• Complete timely, accurate documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safe, infection-controlled treatment environment and equipment.
• Provide education to residents, families and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
