Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement OT programs and activities within our facility-based teams. You will follow established recovery plans, deliver therapies, and work closely with the Director of Rehab to support patient independence and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care across in-facility settings, with mentorship, ongoing CEU opportunities, and opportunities for growth within a national rehab network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained or eligible for certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other care as needed.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in facility settings.

Education
