Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and support patient independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assist with referrals to ensure continuity of care.

Education
