Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs and activities within an in-facility setting. You will follow established recovery plans, deliver treatments, and help patients regain function and independence.

You will work as part of a collaborative rehab team, providing compassionate care and addressing patient needs across diverse settings, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing CEU support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to patients.
• Address the needs of the whole patient and promote independence.
• Collaborate with team and make referrals as needed.
