Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime role at Riverchase Health & Rehabilitation Center in Quincy, FL. You will work under supervision, implementing treatment plans and educating patients while coordinating with the supervising OT to ensure quality patient care.

Current Florida COTA license and NBCOT certification are required, with 1 year of prior experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
