Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support a PRN daytime schedule at Ventura Health and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, FL. You will work under the guidance of therapists, delivering individualized treatment plans and educating patients on home programs.

Requirements include an OTA degree, current COTA license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
