Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role at Cura of Sauk Centre in Sauk Centre, MN. The position requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant and a current, unencumbered COTA license with NBCOT certification.

One year of prior COTA experience is preferred. Under supervision of an OT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home

• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is preferred.
