Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN daytime work at Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Glenside, PA. The role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

The position requires an OTA degree, an active COTA license, NBCOT certification, and prefers 1 year of prior COTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs

Education
