Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care at Wausau Manor Health Services in Wausau, Wisconsin. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs under the supervision of an OT.

Requirements include an accredited OTA program, current COTA license, NBCOT certification, and preferred 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
